KoskiFlex thin plywood
KoskiFlex is a flexible, cross-glued thin plywood. These high quality panels are manufactured using rotary cut Finnish birch veneers from core to surface.
The surface of the thin plywood panel has a seamless, non-patched birch veneer. The classic wood grain patterns give the panel a natural, elegant and individual finish. The surface of the panel can be left untreated, allowing the wooden look formed by nature to be beautifully displayed. You can also treat the surface with varnish, wax or stain like any other wooden surface.

Extremely durable thin plywood offering bending strength and flexibility
KoskiFlex is a strong but flexible thin plywood material that is made in Finland from renewable birch. It can be used for a wide range of purposes – the only limit is your imagination. KoskiFlex thin plywood is particularly suitable for furniture, instruments, jewellery, miniature buildings and other products and items manufactured by laser cutting and carving or typical woodworking methods.
The thin and stylish plywood bends into different shapes
This flexible cross-banded thin plywood is manufactured with varying birch veneer thicknesses, depending on the nominal thickness of the panel. The surface of the panel is made of seamless birch veneer, with the grain patterns giving it a natural, elegant and unique look. The thin plywood can be bent into a variety of shapes, which is why it is perfect for lamps, furniture and other interior design purposes. The surface of the sheet can be left untreated to accentuate the beautiful grain patterns shaped by nature. You can also use lacquer, wax or stain to the surface like any other wooden surface. Surface quality for the panels is AB/B, prime and smooth top quality.
The non-toxic birch plywood made of thin veneer can be worked with laser cutting
The thin plywood is flexible, light and easy to work with any woodworking machinery. Thanks to the easy workability, you can use the product for making any shapes from furniture components to small items, such as plywood jewellery and interior decoration items. Thin plywood, which does not crack or break when worked, can be moulded into a staggering range of imaginative shapes and products.
Our KoskiFlex thin plywood also meets the requirements of the EN 71-3 standard, which ensures that the birch plywood products can be safely used for the manufacture of toys, jigsaw puzzles and other products intended for children. Thin plywood is only recommended for indoor use.
